IPS- Mamzar Curriculum is aligned to CCSS (California) for English, Math, Humanities, Art, and ICT. NGSS for Science and the MOE for Arabic, Islamic, Social Studies, and Moral Education . The curriculum design and progression ensures students’ smooth transition between grades levels and between phases. It also aligns with the vision and mission of all four Ittihad Private Schools which aspire to equip the future generation with the knowledge and skills that enable them to combat the challenges of the modern world, while preserving their Emirati culture and heritage.

For KG through Grade 1, there is one teacher and one educational assistant in each class. 

There are between 4 and 7 sections in each year group. These are adjusted every year.

Kindergarten to Grade 4 assessments are based on ongoing evaluations, while Grade 5 to 12 have systematic weekly quizzes (formative) and final exams (summative) at the end of term 1 and term 2. The school academic year is divided into two terms, with a detailed report card published on the student’s portal after each term. The final report at the end of each academic year consists of the average of two terms. As an American school we are using the following conversion chart to convert percentage grade to letter grade. This chart is also used to calculate the cumulative grade point average for high school (GPA).

Emirates Industries Company provides the school and sports uniforms for all levels. The uniform guidelines can be found in on the Uniform page of our website.

Our Transportation is done through third party “RTA-DTC”. Their smart fleet of buses have been selected in accordance with the highest international quality safety standards for school transportation service. Hence, their buses will keep your children safe during their commute. You can rest assure with DTC’s School Bus Transportation Service, your child will arrive to his/her destination safe and on time in an environmentally friendly buses.
